I purchased the old version of the trolley bag last September (0911-2015) at the Samchung store in Korea. Then, I brought it to here San Francisco in the early September, and stored it in my closet and used only once when I flew to Kentucky on the Christmas break. Everyone at the airport were complementing how awesome my suitcase was. However, Sadly! the one foot (the little gold color metal piece) of the suitcase was broken (missing) during the flight. I was really shocked by how weak, delicate it was.
I only have the receipt and the store didn't give me any warranty rmStringdocument. And, I am not planning to visit Korea for a while, but I really want to repair this damage properly with the right care from the company. Could you please provide the extension of the warranty to at least this matter so that I can fix it at the next time when I visit Korea? and How many days I should expect to repair this damage? Please advise this.
I strongly suggest that you guys should make the products sturdy and strong even for long-term. They ain't cheap! Thanks,

Although the cleark didn't provide you the 'warranty card'. you can use 'the receipt' instead of the warranty card.
Repair of the product takes 2~ 3 weeks.
